the room was adequately equipped and decorated. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden courtyard. the free bikes were a bonus for exploring the city.
The reception and cleaning staff were sometimes too loud and didn't respect the guests' privacy.

Great breakfast and helpful staff. Loved the local amenities such as shampoo. , the hotel is in an ideal location, walkable to the major city sights and near the river.
Our room had plumbing issues resulting in a lack of water for showering. We had to find alternate accommodations elsewhere for the night.

I had a delightful stay at a charming boutique hotel in Luang Prabang. The property was perfectly situated for witnessing the Alms giving in the mornings, and it was just a short walk to the main downtown area. The staff, especially Tania, were extremely helpful and made my stay extra special. I loved that the hotel supports local orphanages, which was a big reason why I chose to stay here. The free bicycles provided were also a great bonus for exploring the city. The style of the hotel, with its typical Luang Prabang wooden windows, was very exotic and the beautiful garden in the middle added to the ambiance. I felt safe with a staff member staying in the lobby during the night. I would highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable stay in Luang Prabang.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The rooms were well-equipped with all the amenities any traveler needs, and the beautiful terrace overlooking the lush tropical garden was a delightful spot to relax. The breakfast included in our stay was a real treat with a wide variety of options made with fresh local ingredients. And let's not forget the best coffee I've had in Laos!
All was fantastic, nothing to improve!

This hotel is a great find in the heart of a charming Asian city. The location is super convenient, just a block away from the main street with tons of restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff here is incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to help and speak in good English. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the AC is powerful - a must in this hot climate. I also loved the beautiful garden patio where breakfast is served. Speaking of breakfast, it was absolutely delicious with a variety of options and the best coffee I've had in Laos. The attention to detail and the use of local ingredients make this an excellent value for money choice.
No complaints, everything was just fine!
